Casa Glende

Situated in the La Noria section of Puerto Los Cabos, Casa Glende is a Mediterranean flavored home with breathtaking views all the way to Palmilla, across the new marina, and with panoramic sightlines from literally every room.

In order to optimize the views, the lot was raised almost two meters, and a man-made hill was constructed. This was achieved within the allowed height limitations, and yet the result was astonishing. A prior design on the same lot had marginal views in only one direction, with most of the ground floor with no views at all. By raising the lot, un-blockable view corridors were achieved.
